At Stoney Jane, we take pride in the quality of our products and the accuracy of our service. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products and health regulations, **we do not accept returns or exchanges** — except in the case of a mistake on our end.

No Returns or Exchanges

For the safety and integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unopened products. All sales are final.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before submitting it.

## Exceptions – Our Mistake

If we ship the wrong item, wrong quantity, or your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund due to an error on our part:

1. Contact us within **48 hours** of delivery
2. Include:
   - Your **order number**
   - A clear **photo of the incorrect or damaged item**
   - A brief explanation of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
